Parks Rules and Regulations

No removal or moving of natural features or property from or within the park. No damaging or defacing any property.

Visitors must remain on designated trails, roads and play fields.

Use trash receptacles provided for disposal.

Pets must be leashed or caged and owners are responsible for removal of animal waste.

No disturbing the peace through conduct, voice or sound equipment; no indecent, threatening or insulting language; no fighting; no lewd behavior; no nudity or indecent exposure.

No fireworks or explosives.

No gambling.

No alcoholic beverages or illegal substances.

Fires are permitted only in containers provided and must be completely extinguished; no collecting wood; no grills or stoves permitted under the shelter or on tables.

No camping.

No sales ore soliciting; no commercial purposes.

Erection of signs, placards, notices, advertisements, circulars, banners or statements require City approval in advance.

Entry permitted in park during posted operating hours only.

Drive on roadways provided; no driving around barricades and observe posted speed limits.

Park in designated lots only; no parking overnight.

Unlicensed motor vehicles are prohibited.
